Stepping it Up-- Finishing July with a Bang!

Hey everyone! I’d like to take a quick minute to chat about our upcoming event to celebrate the expansion of our team and the hard work we have all been doing! As our team grows, we are going to start kicking things into high gear and aiming even higher with our goals.

I believe that hard work deserves to be rewarded, which is why we’re going to focus this event on moving up the career path- by adding others to our organization! You all have a little more than a week to add more team members before August, and I am planning on rewarding those who go the extra mile to reach goals.

If you are able to add 3 new qualified members to our organization during this next week, you will receive $100 in cash! And that’s not all! Every qualified member added to our team enters you into a drawing for a free iPad!

It’s simple-- the number of people you sign, the number of times your name is entered into the drawing!

This drawing is happening on August 1^st, so there’s plenty of time to increase the odds!

Our team has a lot of fun and exciting improvements coming, and we need more members to be even better than we are right now! So, work hard and find some great people for us, and get prizes for it!

50! 50! 50! With Mary Kay

Hey everyone! We’re having a celebration of 50 coming up! Mary Kay is having a 50 Faces in 50 days competition for all company consultants. Those who want to enter are challenged to do 50 different makeovers in 50 days, and the winner gets a nice prize!

Do you like a challenge? If so, let’s kick off Mary Kay’s 50th Anniversary year and your new Seminar year with a challenge! From July 26 through Sept. 13, you can participate in the 50 Faces in 50 Days Challenge by sharing Mary Kay’s amazing skin care lines with 50 women.

More details to come on July 26 so start booking facials and parties and get ready to take the challenge! 

There are endless combinations that you can create when using our products, so I encourage you all to participate and come up with some really creative options! The challenge is good way to develop flexibility and expression, so it is a good idea either way you choose to go. The better we are at showing off how our products work, the better our results will be 

Focusing more on our group, we’re having a special test panel on Thursday! I have 10 seats for my new skin care line demonstration, and some of them have already been taken. Call to reserve your seat and participate in this panel, which will be showcasing some of the newest skin repair treatments from Mary Kay! We’ll be playing a surprise lipstick game as well.

We’ll be having this test panel at my house and it should be really fun as well as informative. Hope to see you there!

New Year, New Goals!

July marks a new Mary Kay year! We’ve got an ambitious year planned that has a lot of exciting opportunities ahead- starting with my trip this fall! At the request of Martha Kay Raile, Future Senior National Sale Director, I’ll be visiting 7 cities to open up new areas for us to work with. So far, I’m planning on St. George, LA, Reno, somewhere in Arizona, and somewhere in Tennessee.

I’m very excited to meet new people and set up a network of mentors all around the country who are there to help improve the lives of women around them. It is a huge privilege to be able to take this trip.

My goals for the next year are ambitious, and I think it’s going to be great for everyone! The theme for this year is “The road to Beijing, China”. If our unit can meet our goals, I’ll get to drive a Mary Kay pink Cadillac and go to China with my husband!

If we meet our goals and become a Cadillac unit, our entire unit will get extra special treatment at Mary Kay events! Mary Kay is very good about rewarding hard work by pampering and giving out all kinds of goodies, so let’s all work together to be the best we can! If we make and keep our goals, we will prove to our peers and to ourselves that we are able to be on task and excellent!

As a side note, my son comes home in a week and a half! Elder Nathaniel Anderson gets back from his two-year LDS mission in Seattle, Washington so so soon! I’m so excited! That boy is going to get the hug of his life!

Million Dollar Mamas: July Calendar!

Hi everyone! I want to take some time today to talk about the training events that I hold every Tuesday for Million Dollar Mamas! I like to invite our team to my house every Tuesday in order to focus on certain specialties that we apply as part of our sales.

I like these events to be both instructional and fun, so make sure to come out! I call these evenings “Goodnight Ladies!”, where we go over makeup removal and skincare before bed. Our most recent meeting was last Tuesday, where we went over 13 Skin Care Steps to Beauty.

Here are some upcoming meetings:

July 10^th will be our “Dash out the Door- Looks with Color” night. We will be going over the best ways to get ready for the day if you only have five minutes! (We’ve all been there!)

July 17^th will be our Slipper Party! Come in your favorite slippers. We’ll be having a little contest for best slippers, and there will be a prize!

July 24^th is going to be “Event Glamour” night. We will be going over some of the fun makeup essentials for looking fabulous- like highlighting and foundation placement. We’ll also be going over natural, career, and glamour styles!

July 31^st is “Pedicure Night”! I want everyone to bring a friend! In fact, it’s mandatory! We’ll be doing pedicures on everyone there, and you will win something if your friend buys any product!

These meetings are a great time to learn about our products, get pampered, and have fun- so be there! I look forward to these each week!
